I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Cinch I.T., and Why Me, its governing board, officers, employees, and representatives from any liability to me and any members of my party from any and all claims of injury or death to any such person that may result from or occur during our participation in the Ruck March Event. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cinch I.T., and Why Me and its governing board, officers, employees, and representatives from liability that may result from my negligent or intentional act or omission, or the negligence, intentional act or omission of any member of my party. Such indemnification shall include attorney’s fees and costs. I further state that I am in proper physical condition to participate in this activity.

I hereby grant Cinch I.T., and Why Me & Sherry’s House permission to use pictures/videos including me for publicity and/or promotional purposes without obligation or liability to me without restrictions. This form cannot be processed unless signed by a participant or if under 18 years age of age, by a parent or guardian.

I have carefully read this Agreement and understand it to be a release of all claims and cases of action, for any injury or death to myself or any member of my party, damage to the property of any member of my party that occurs while participating in a Cinch I.T. and Why Me event, and it obligates me to indemnify the parties named for any liability for injury or death of any person, and damage to property caused by the negligent or intentional acts or omissions of myself or any member of my party.
